Built to the passive house standard. With a barn-like structure, this ski chalet has a great mix of old and new. Designed by the owner of a large construction company, Maine Passive House incorporated a state-of-the-art passive house with all the bells and whistles of a 21st century modern home. The main floor has two large bedrooms, a rec area and a gear storage area. The upstairs has an open concept living area, a primary bedroom and bath, and a set of metal stairs leading up to a loft area.
