This high-performance ski home in Norway, Maine was a collaborative design effort between the homeowners, Maine Passive House, and AVA Woodworks. Set into a wooded hillside overlooking Sand Pond, the home blends into the landscape while capturing spectacular water views and maximizing solar gain. The upper level features a primary bedroom suite, the main floor offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, and the daylight basement has additional bedrooms and ski storage. A large deck, and screen porch makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors with all the comforts of home.
