The homeowner’s commitment to high efficiency living and sustainable construction led to a project designed and built with a focus on data collection and home automation. Constructed with double stud walls and incorporating a range of passive house components, the home blends deep energy efficiency with durable and locally sourced materials as well as groundbreaking AC power circuits.
