Our clients come to us with schematic design updates to the home where they’re planning to retire in the coming years. We added dormers to bring more space to the upstairs bedrooms, built a primary bedroom suite above the garage, remodeled the main living area, turned the basement into usable living space, and installed an Endless Pool. Airtight construction and thermally broken details were incorporated into all new construction.

The home sits at the top of Paradise Hill and has stunning views of the Western Mountains.
