Design Maine Passive House

This historic Bethel home needed some updates and Maine Passive House worked with the owners to design and plan the renovation. The kitchen got new countertops, two bathrooms were remodeled, and a new primary bathroom was added. In the process the old floors and stairs were sanded to bring them back to their original beauty. Along the way needed electrical and plumbing updates were done. The result is a beautiful historic home, with the amenities and functionality of a modern building.
