Two professional musicians purchased land on the shores of the Androscoggin River’s edge with the desire to build a small vacation home. MPH and they designed a home that we then built to the passive house standard. The home features impressive views of the river and the White Mountains in the background. It has a primary bed and bathroom, and two guestrooms that can double as offices. The kitchen and living room offer impressive views through the tall prow windows.
