MPH did a handful of upgrades to this project, located on the edge of the Androscoggin River. We installed new decking, and a cable railing system on an existing deck. Parts of the  old railing were milled into balusters for the stairs. Some interior remodeling and a new roof was also added. The following season we came back, built an entry porch, and had the whole house repainted.
