Originally Maine Passive House came on board to turn an unfinished basement into a rec room in this family's ski home. Later we also installed a new kitchen, upgraded the bedroom closets, built a new entry with room for skis and ski gear, and upgraded and added on to the deck. Along the way we ran into some water damage due to improper installation of flashing so we fixed that as well.
