Our clients wanted to upgrade their old Camp so it could stay another 100 years while becoming more usable in the winter months.
First MPH demolished an obsolete chimney, then we lifted the camp and installed a new foundation with a crawlspace below it. We insulated the crawlspace and incorporated airsealing elements so utilities will be frost protected in the winter months, and to increase the overall comfort and efficiency of the camp. We also did some prep work so the exterior of the camp can easily be airsealed and insulated at a later date.
